QRE Cert is an independent management-system certification body based in Bekasi. We assess organisations against published ISO standards and issue certificates that can be verified on this site.

What a certification body does

A certification body does not write your procedures. It samples evidence that a management system is implemented, records nonconformities, and decides whether a certificate can be issued for a defined scope. After issue, surveillance visits confirm the system is still in place. This is the model used by certification bodies worldwide under ISO/IEC 17021-1.

Independence

We do not consult on the systems we later audit. Audit teams have no role in the certification decision. Complaints and appeals are handled by people who did not take part in the original audit. That separation is how buyers can treat the certificate as an independent opinion, not a marketing claim.

Assess

Lead auditors review documents and sample implementation on site against the requested standard.

Decide

A reviewer who did not audit the file records whether to issue, suspend, or refuse certification.

Maintain

Surveillance and recertification keep the certificate tied to current evidence, not a one-off visit.
