ISO 9001
ISO 9001 is the international standard for a Quality Management System (QMS). Certification confirms that the organisation’s system for meeting customer and applicable requirements was assessed against ISO 9001 — it does not certify individual products or services.
The certificate names the QMS scope, sites, and any exclusions. Auditors typically sample the quality policy and objectives, process controls, internal audits, corrective action, and management review.
